∙ 12y agoonce upon a time there was this insane dude who had springs in his neck. he felt very lonely so he decided to make his own friends out of glass with wobbly necks. during his career of making bobbling toys, he realized he should sell them! so that is how come there are bobble heads!

∙ 12y agoi am not at all an expert but i think it has something along the lines of it may have a ball that holds it then has a pole to hold the head and cant really keep in control so it well... BOBBLES sorry if this does not anwser you question
