January 1971 Sports IllustratedSports Illustrated is a weekly publication and 4 magazines were issued in January of 1971. All 4 issues are valued at about $4.00 -$7.00 each in Excellent - Near Mint condition. Common flaws would be staining, foxing (yellowing), fading, stains, creases, rips, loose pages, cracked binding, writing on the cover, and mailing labels. Any of these flaws could bring the value down significantly.

It depends upon condition (any wrinkles, rips, tears, missing pages, presence of mailing label). Any or all of those can seriously impact the value.

With mailing label (most have one), it's worth about $25-35 in nice condition.
