I'm going to answer this based on AKC (American Kennel Club) because I don't know how UKC or other Kennel Clubs does this. The answer is no, not in the same way. But you could apply for your dog to be registered in PAL (Purebred Alternative Listing) for purebred dogs with one or no registered parents.
