Hank Aaron was a right handed batter and with the exception of the 1957 Topps error card, he is pictured batting right handed on every card. You have to be more specific to the year, company, and number of the card you are looking for a value on.
Never heard this expression before but my guess would be a card showing the NY Yankees' Mickey Mantle w/ the Milwaukee Braves' Hank Aaron, for example, on a card showing the two 1957 MVPs.

That my friend, is a very rare card. I have been collecting cards for over 25 years and have never seen a hank aaron card from that year. I would say it is worth about $10,000-$15,000. Maybe more.
