Usually $1-$2 million depending on the condition. I would hold onto it though (even with an offer in that range), as he might be named a manager if a major league club in the next season or two, at which point it's value would surely double.

The Card has a book value of $2.50. But it usually sells for closer to $1.00

Not much at all, almost worthless. reason being is because those cards were made in an era of player steroid use, also because those cards are hugely mass produced.
