These cards including Federico, sun din, jag ... etc. o pee chi rookie cards and also all the cards from 1988 where mass produced. This is because of the high value of the scarce cards from the 70's, making people interested in hockey cards.

Plus the internet makes finding cards much easier. These cards don't have a chance to increase in value. I bought my Federico for $25, jag for $28, and sun din for $10 back in 1993. All these rookie cards dropped half in value.

Good news is: buy these cards for the cheap price they're at. wait 25 years, then sell them.
