When a company like PSA/DNA authenticates a signature they use sample of the player's signature to compare with, and analyze. A College ball player would most likely be on file, and would most likely not be able to be authenticated, unless at a later date the ball player makes it to the big Leagues. The only other option would be to have it signed in the presence of, and authenticated in person.
