A lot of ways... easiest would be buy an autographed item from Sports Memorabilia stores and this would cost you more or less a thousand dollars. You can also mail him through a team fan site or something like that. You can attend his games as well and have him sign for you (but don't expect it to be really viable).

FYI - Lebron is an a$$hole to fans waiting outside hotels/arenas for hours. I tried to get him last night in Milwaukee and dude dissed me THREE TIMES (twice coming in/out of hotel and once going into club downtown). The club downtown incident was the worst. I WAS THE ONLY person waiting for him to sign and he still didn't even acknowledge me.
