(Second answer) My father recently lost his 1960 Pittsburgh Pirates World Series ring. His name is Merrill Hess. He was the Asst. Director of Scouting for 27 years. If you found his ring, please contact me at ahess@washjeff.edu. Even if you've already sold it, please contact me anyway. We would like to track it down. He has other memorabilia that might be worth something to you but that has less sentimental value to him/our family than his ring. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get in touch.
