It is very important for a gymnast to stick the landing in their routine because it demonstrates control, precision, and skill, which can significantly impact their overall score and performance evaluation.
How hard is gymnastics?
Gymnastics is a VERY tuff sport, seeing as i am an elite gymnast, i can tell you, if you stick your landings, and stick to gymnastics, you will soon tell that with some spot, and some pride, you will be just like me, an elite gymnast !

Also, the gymnast must stick the landing as well. You will learn about all the decutions to make as you are trained to become a judge.

gymnast's needs spring boards to help "spring them into the air" if you didnt have them you would just have to jump off the ground to things taller than you and flip off of them and then stick it. it's just way to much!!
