Apoise will be sold to a new owner at an auction in Grand Cayman on March 30, 2010. The auction will be conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, the company that Dave Ritchie co-founded. www.rbauction.com/theapoise
I gather it's Vijay Mallya; as of today it's moored off Parsley Bay in Vaucluse, Sydney.
It's not Vijay Mallya but Dave Ritchie, a Canadian.

As of 4/14/09 she is docked at City Marina in Charleston, South Carolina.
As of 10/23/09 she is docked in San Diego near the Maritime Museum.
As of 11/28/09 she is docked in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

As of 9/19/09, she is docked in San Diego, CA.
As of April 2010 it was bought by telecoms billionaire John Caudwell at auction for about $46 mil in the Grand Cayman. He loves boats and this was a great deal as it was valued at neary double that, he loves great deals too. Have fun John, I miss you xx
As of May 29, 2010 she was anchored along the Amalfi coast off the shores of Positano.

On Saturday, February 21, 2009, I saw the Apoise docked at the Amador Causeway, Panama City, Panama. On Saturday, September 19, 2009, I saw the Apoise docked in San Diego, CA. On Sunday, September 20, 2009 - Apoise is still located in San Diego, CA at the B Street Pier. This yacht is "Amazing". On Wednesday, October 7 still docked in San Diego On Tuesday, October 27, 2009, still docked in San Diego, north of the Maritime Museum. On Sunday, November 22, 2009 the yacht Apoise is docked in the marina of Nuevo Vallarta next to Paradice Village On May 30, 2010 it was in Cap D'Antibes Bay, France
