I think you may mean Gybing, as opposed to Jibing.

Gybing is when the back of a boat passes through the wind, and changes the angle at which the wind comes onto a boat. Gybes are very quick, and the boom will swing across very fast, which can sometimes cause injury if you are not prepared. When sailing with the wind behind you, you should be very careful not to gybe accidently. Gybes can be initiated by bearing away hard until the back of the boat has gone through the wind.

Are 'coming about' and 'jibing' the same?

Actually, they are opposites in this regard: 'Coming about' is tacking while turning into the wind, whereas 'Jibing' is tacking while turning away from the wind.

While sailing how does tacking work?

Tacking, changing direction by turning the bow (front) of the boat into the wind until the wind is pushing on the opposite side. Ex: If the wind is coming from starboard (right), you would turn the boat to the right until the wind comes from the port (left) side. The tacking procedure will require to only change the jib (front sail) from one side to the other. Jibing (or gybing), on the other hand is a similar maneuver, except that it requires turning the stern (rear) of the boat into the wind. This will also require to change the jib sail from one side to the other, along with easing the main sail from one side to the other while doing the maneuver, to avoid possible rigging damage due to the very quick swing of the boom. A much less comfortable and safe operation then tacking.

The musical Oklahoma is famous for the introduction of what to Broadway musicals?

Oklahoma is considered the first musical where the songs were integrated into the script so as to advance the plot, as opposed to being stand alone songs that are inserted, stop the show for a while, and then continue on as if nothing had happened. For instance, curly is quite aware of Judd's affection for laurie, and instead of jibing him in a scene of dialogue, He uses the song "Poor Judd" to show him how much better things would be if he would just kill himself. He plays Judd as the fool, always using the song to sway him into a placid state when Judd begins to catch on that his chain is being yanked. To see this effect, watch a Musical like Pal Joey, where the songs are just there to entertain, but really don't propel the plot forward, then re-watch Oklahoma!. plus he also likes big potatoes.
