yes
A backtroller is a person who fishes by backtrolling, trolling with a boat's motor in reverse, therefore minimizing the movement of a boat.
In Canada, under the Small Vessel Regulations, you may not tow from one hour after sunset until sunrise.
A tow motor does just that, tow. A forklift lifts and moves freight.
yes you can tow a boat as long as it does not excede the rated gvw
yes
You can tow any car behind your motor home..
No motor vehicle license is required on private property. The tow motor/fork lift truck is not designed to be driven on public roads, but you do have to be certified to operate a tow motor/fork lift truck.
YupIt all depends on the weight of the boat. The DrawTite tow package rates at 4,000 pounds, however I would not tow it without a tow package of some sort. I have a 1991 with the4.0 and tow 20-21 ski boats with I/O motors. The motor will have plenty of power, the major difficulty is not going, it is stopping. Such a light-weight truck requires plenty of time to slow down and stop.
you cannot reverse the boat from going off the waterfall :)
A tow line to hold on to, something to tie the tow line on to on the boat and a handle.
Putting the throttle or gearshift in reverse thrust.
