I've never seen pre-wrap at Joann's. You can buy it online with free shipping and it's cheaper than most stores. http://www.pre-wrap.com has 12 colors of pre-wrap.

no target does not supply it. i know a good store you can buy it from though. check out claires at a mall near you, that is wherei buy mine from.

They do not sell the one that is used to heal a wound it is like plaster that goes on a broken bone . If that was the type you did need you can get it from your local chemist or from any helth shop .
