Drinking, Smoking, Drugs, Dental Hygien, and stress. When you drink, smoke, or do drugs it will defidently affect you. Lets say you started drugs at 15 and continued to do it until you were 20 you would deffidently look much older and less atractive. It would be difficult to transmit the virus in a kiss. However, lets say that you each have bleeding gums, and that you french kiss long enough to get a good amount of blood from your mouth to thiers, then you could possibly get it.
