DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! especially on a 2 stroke engine! this will bend your rods and possibly ruin your whole engine!!!!
bore out the engine, make it lighter, and add nos at bis racing.com
so many ways 1 big bore kit will take your motor from a 110 to 143 cc 2 big bore exhaust 3 big bore carb 4 race cdi and coil 5 gearing ????? in english?
IF mantainance of the bike condition in in initual days of bike purchase was later cause u with engine comming to bore which means piston strokes are not suitting properly with the engine capacity.........
take parts off that u dont need to make the pocket bike go faster LOOSE SOME WEIGHT OR BUY PERFORMANCE PARTS remove the muffler, remove plastic pieces that are not needed, bore out the cylinders and get bigger pistons, swap sprockets or get a smaller rear sprocket. (this will make it slower off the line but significantly increase top speed. just like a mountain bike in low gear)
A bore kit does not make a bike faster. It makes the engine more powerful if you want to go faster you must work on gear ratios and or sprocket sizes.
Well, there are a few minor mods you can do to increase the power, but if you really want more power, I would recommend getting a bigger bike, like a 150 cc scooter. But for the pocket bike here are a few things you can do: 1. Buy a big bore kit. 2. re jet the carburetor, and upgrade the air intake and exhaust. 3. Change the gearing [higher ratio=faster speed, less acceleration, lower= more power less speed. 4. Possibly fit a bigger motor in [if you are good with welding and machinery. 5. Find some sort of multi ratio transmission, like a CVT or 3 speed gearbox that will fit. Over all, getting a bigger bike is the best way, but hopefully these upgrades will help.
bore it out to how ever much you want it to be
A bore kit is a thing that goes on your muffler and increases the hp by like 30 hp
30 mph stock...40 if you change the exhaust and bore it out
bigger cyliders, bore out the engine, make it lighter
Make what sound louder? Your engine? Fit a different exhaust system. with a bigger bore.
The Razz unfortunately doesn't offer much in the performance modification department. You can however get a 70cc kit from an early model Zuma to work but you need all the intake parts from said Zuma. With a Zuma big bore kit you will need a larger carburetor and either a Zuma factory exhaust or an aftermarket exhaust. Some modification to the exhaust may be needed. The easiest thing to do to add a little more top end speed is to put slightly bigger tires on your scooter. Stock size is 2.5 x 10, you would want 3.0 x 10.
