a player can hold it for 5 seconds and dribble it for 10 seconds then he has to make a basketball play
The basketball player had to pivot with the ball to keep it away from the opponent.
An assistant coach should talk early and often with the head coach to have a clear understanding of his expectations. An assistant coach should be a model to other players.
yes
That would depend on what time of the game it was. If a player was charged with their second personal foul early in the game, say within the first five minutes, the coach would probably replace the player so as to keep the player from picking up more fouls and increasing the risk of disqualification from the game. But if it was in the middle of the game or late in the game, chances are the player would continue to play.
Sure if he/she has been a big help or a friend, however you should give something to the head coach as well to keep thing proper. Excluding them would be awkward.
Knees bent with your butt low, hands up and out to the sides ready to go for the ball. You should be able to shuffle step and change direction easily. When playing defense, you should keep one hand in the passing lane between your player and the player who has the ball to be ready cut off a pass. You should always be able to see the ball and your player.
yes the coach does keep it because he is in charge of the team and taught them how to skate better
definatly not
The best pass is probably the bounce pass. To get it to the player the fastest aim for a spot almost 4 feet in front of him. This is what I normally do when I play basket ball.
It imporves the Cardiovascular Endurance, so that they can keep the pace when running back and forth on the court. :)
N.Z voted and they decided to keep him
