well there are two types of fat. one is saturated the other is unsaturated fat.saturated is bad for you and therefore should not be ate. it comes from things like burgers chips and anything fried really. unsaturated is backup energy if your carbs run out. if you had no fat and your carbs run out you would become really fatigued and also your body would eat away at your muscles. so fooballers need fat to keep running and playing through a whole game.
