If you don't play/do sports, the fats will build up in your body. Also, paying/doing sports can bring you many positive effects. Sports reduce stress, and allows you be more healthy. Adding on, it is usually better for you to play/do outdoor sports than indoors, because getting that sunlight can get you vitamin D, which you need, and most outdoor sports have you move around more frequently, which means that there would be less chance of getting fat and don't get deseases(being fat often leads you to many diseases, maybe not when you are a child, but as you get older and become an adult, it is most likely to have signs of a lot of diseases).if you dont do sports you fat will buikld up in your body and you will becom fat

You need a physical to play sports for a couple of reasons. The first being if u had testicular cancer and it went unnoticed it could further worsen your condition. The second reason is that if u have HIV/AIDS your athletic coach needs to know so that if u start bleeding they immediately can take care of the situation so u don't spread it.

I guess when you mean physical sport you mean PE, well overall it is to keep you healthy children and adults alike will become unhealthy and ill, causing problems with an overload on hospitals and care and also a population decrease as there would be more deaths than births, plus to you want your country to be known as the fat one?

You do not do physical activities without the sports. You enjoy the sports and you do not notice the strain of physical activities. In developed world, even the adults also do regular exercises and / or play the sports. In case of India, most of the people stop the physical activities, once the get the job. It is a great surprise that they do not get heart attacks as much expected from the physical inactivity. This is probably attributed to veg diet.
