Who is joeseph Hayes?

Joe Hayes was captain of the USA Team in the First World Taekwondo Championships held in Korea in 1973. He dominated the competition throughout North America during the 1960s and 1970s. He was inducted into the very prestigious Taekwondo Hall of Fame in 2007.
