Lower back pain when lifting the leg can be prevented by using proper lifting techniques, such as bending the knees and keeping the back straight. Strengthening the core muscles and maintaining good posture can also help prevent lower back pain.
The first step of a fouette is to prepare. You can either start from a pirouette or from lifting your leg out in front moving it to the side and into a pirouette. I prefer starting with a pirouette but it's different from everyone. There is a good video on how to do fouette turns by Autumn Miller on Youtube that you can search, I believe it has how to do the second one but I'm not sure. .Basically, the movement of the fouette is plieing your standing leg and lifting your other leg to the front, then bringing it to the side and similtaneously lifting your supporting leg's foot into releve, (these first two help with momentum), and then bringing your leg into passe for the pirouette. Make sure you turn to the side your lifting leg is on. A good way to get the move down is by doing the movements at the barre without turning. In my opinion, to get better momentum in the beginning, start with the pirouette first preparation. When you do a pirouette first, you go straight into lifting your leg to the front and beginning the cycle again.

it's the feeling you get after lifting weights where everything feels lighter and werid. not only after lifting weights but also putting leg weights on etc.
I believe that was Byron Leftwich. Back in his college days at Marshall, he broke his leg and his linemen famously carried him down the field.
