Probably the simplest answer is about 30 minutes before workout, but it depends on your schedule. I like to work out in the mornings, plus I have a strong stomach, so I take them all as soon as I wake up. If you work out later in the day, then I suggest still taking the red X-12 early in the morning because this is a metabolism booster. Then I would take the Creatine and Maxertion (both silver pills) 30 min or so before you work out. You can take the brown multivitamins anytime of the day with food.
