What poem does Ben Roethlisberger keep in his locker?

Ben Roethlisberger keeps a laminated poem in his locker, entitled "Don't Quit". It was a poem that his College Football head coach, Terry Hoeppner, always recited to the team once or twice a year. When his coach died of brain cancer on June 19, 2007, Ben decided to use the poem for inspiration when he needed it.

He also has a framed copy above his desk in his house and one folded in the console of his car.
