a match is 90 mins. A manager is allowed 3 subs a game... So three players that started can come out ( or two or one or none ) once they come out they can't come back in. So most players run for 90 minutes a game.

In order to make my soccer team we are required to be able to sprint the 120 meters in 17 seconds, jog back in 45, and than do that 9 more times. This could vary depending on who you play for.

Approximately 100 (90 regulation minutes, plus however many the referee decides to give due to stoppages) for a normal game. If an elimination game is tied at the end of regulation time, another 30 minutes (again, a few more minutes may be given) of extra-time are played, for a total 120 minutes (two hours).

There are no time-outs, just half-time (10 minutes) and another 10 minute break before extra-time
