The Tim Duncan Foundation has a character program in San Antonio schools that "recognizes students that demonstrate strong character values and civic responsibility."

"The Tim Duncan Character Champions program donates 50 tickets to each game to students who demonstrate integrity, respect, dependability, fairness, caring or civic responsibility."

The Foundation also supports The Children's Bereavement Center and The Children's Center of San Antonio.

The Foundation works outside of San Antonio, it helps children in St.Croix (where Duncan grew up), and in North Carolina (where Duncan went to college).
