I believe that Shawn Michaels and HHH are friends in real life, but not in the WWE. I think this because if you are big rivals in the WWE you need time to plan out the match so they probably make the HHH vs. HBK match and let the WWE profread it and then they pratice it. You have to be good friends to make a story (or a match) and then present it in front of almost half the world.
