How do you unlock Glare Desert in Mario Hoops 3-on-3?

To unlock cactuar you have to get more than 800 points in the Star Cup on normal,

and then you will unlock a Desert Stage, then go to exhibition mode, and go to

the new stage, there sometimes, a cactus will be in the sand , you have to be

above him, and dribble the ball on him for a while and he will jump out the sand and run away, after that you have to win, and you will unlock him.

I really don't know.I've heard you can unlock him multiple times on glare desert but I've tried that and even surfed the web looking for the answer.All I could find was a YouTube video showing a cactuar all star game. I even read all the comments,but the closest i got to the answer was a guy saying it was easy.

On any match in the Star Cup, score 800 points. It is easiest to do this on round 2, Jr. Street.
