On mine, you press the "MODE" button until you reach the time setting function. (three times on my watch) Then you can use the "RESET" button to choose between the seconds, minutes, hours and day/month each of which you can advance with one press of the "ST/STP" button. Press mode again to get back to the standard time telling function.

∙ 10y agoHold the adjust button then click the mode button until you see the (wrong) time. Then to change the numbers just keep clicking the split.reset button. You can also change the date and day by doing one at a time. To set the time, date, or day of the week press start.stop.
