Cellulose will remove any paint
If it's latex based, you can try a product called goof-off.

Whip cream can damage the paint job if it is left on for too long. It becomes hard to remove if it sticks on for too long and will anyway reduce the luster on the paint job when it finally comes out.

a easy way to remove stickers from cars is by soaking them off or using heat or if it is all ready starting to come off you can peal it of the window and you do not i repeat do not use a scraper on a car. you will scratch the paint or the glass and its value will go down

Goof Off works well for this . I have tested it on 3 different cars and it didn't affect the paint finish at all.
