What I always do is lay on my stomach. I know it sounds like it wouldn't work, but it works for me. You could also take Tums. That works.

So! I get really bad stomach aches out of nowhere!! I just got one right now :-( but! What I do is I lay down on my stomach with an ice pack on my stomach! It works sometimes but when it doesn’t i drink my water slow, watch tv, and try to sleep! When I wake up it doesn’t hurt anymore.. personally tho for pills and medicine I take pepto bismol and phayzime(sorry I don’t know how to spell) if your stomach hurts a lot after food( mine does too) it could be gluten!! My family personally thinks my problem is gluten! Another thing I do is If I feel like I’m gonna throw up is I put my hair up in a bun, change into shorts, drink water, and get a bucket beside me! My mum just tells me sleep it off and if you have trouble falling asleep while it hurts just try to not think about it hurting
Drink small sips of water and put a cold rag on your lower stomach and close your eyes ( this is what helps me ;) )
