I have an 8 pack and how I did it was i do regular sit ups... not crunches, sit ups. about 200 a day. Then I do 200 leg lifts also. I noticed the sit ups gave me the 6 pack so it works the top 6. So i started doing leg lifts because leg lifts work the legs and the very lower stomach area. Another thing I did just to give a little more look to me was I also did 200 push ups on top of it, however that is optional

How leg lifts are done

You lay flat on your back with your hands under your butt. You lifts your legs all the way up so its a 90 degree angle with the floor. You lower your legs and then catch them and bring them back up without letting them hit the floor. If you just start this method its very tiring but you get used to them fast. Do not just drop your legs because that will strain your lower stomach muscles.

Like any other work out always eat whats right. High protein helps build muscle faster. Also try to eat 4-6 smaller meals a day. This will help speed up your metabolism. If you can, go run a mile. The average mile takes 10 to 15 minutes. Just run around the block it doesn't have to be a mile just a little. The running will work your abs and your legs a lot and help loose the excess fat around your abs to help them show better.

So if you do everything here i mentioned you will have a full body workout almost.

200 sit ups to get you the 6-pack

200 leg lifts to get you the 8-pack

200 push ups to get you build on your arms.

Run just a little a day to loose excess fat and show your muscle better

And try to eat more protein. And try to eat 4-6 smaller meals a day to increase metabolism.

Keep this in mind. Some people just don't have the muscle build to get an 8-pack. Some can only get a 6-pack or even a 4-pack. It just depends on your muscle build.
