How do you get a job in drag racing?

Well, there are a few different ways. First, there are schools, that advertise in certain car magazines, ie. Hot Rodf, Car Craft, ect., that can help. However, you have to take their course. If you are already a mechanic, build a car, and hang out at the drags. That is the old school way. Another way would be to apply for a job at your local track, or even start out volunteering.
