i would think praying mantis or another form of Kung Fu. Wing Chun Kung Fu. It uses the centerline theory which is the shortest distance to your target to strike which makes Wing Chun very fast, direct and efficient. also it teaches you how to relax all your body when striking or doing any thing in order to have no tension in your body resulting in faster movement and more power.
