Personally, I've checked most of the Atlanta mma gyms / dojos and the one that impressed me the most was American top team atlanta (attatlanta.com. The thing that really got me was that even the pros that work at other dojos train at attatl.

Bangkok Boxing Fitness has BY FAR the best stand-up training in Atlanta (authentic muay thai) and their no-gi bjj classes always incorporate mma training and submission Wrestling. ...and you can try out any class you want there for free. BANGKOKBOXINGFITNESS.COM

Unit 2 fitness is good for if you already have experience, but all their best stand-up coaches have left and their bjj is only gi training until you're invited to do the fighter training. I observed for one class. If you pay one fee, you could try all the classes they have to offer. UNIT2FITNESS.COM
