Where I am from, you are required to do 5 push-ups, 5 sit-ups etc. and are required to know '5 self-defence moves' ('streetfigher's five') and 'punching routine'. You are also required to do some shadow sparring, but not much. Mostly, you will need to know all of the basic punches and some other hand strikes used in Zen Do Kai. I hope that helps.
