I've never done it, sorry, but we're doing it at school on Friday. I'm nervous because I don't like big rides or being upside down, but if you watch videos on YouTube it doesn't look to bad. It's easier to judge from the videos hat are of the person's point of view from inside the zorb. It doesn't look to bad to me, and I'm super squeamish! But only do it if you feel 100% comfortable! It is constructed from sheets of flexible plastic (either PVC or TPU) which are welded or glued together with hundreds of strings keeping the two skins separated.
