Because the films were not originally created in English. The dialog in most of the films is in Chinese. For the American/British markets they replaced the sound track with English language, and naturally they don't match up. Because those movies probably only cost $5,000 to make. Even adjusting for inflation as to the worth of USD back in the 1970's, that is still cheap as far as making movies are concerned. Even American B-movies of the era usually cost around 20k back then. In modern times, B-movies usually run at around half a million to a million, the most expensive B-movies cost around a million I think, not really sure though. You have to admit they did a pretty good job given such a ridiculously low budget.
I agree with Sensei Swarthout. I began my study at age 37 and earned my Black Belt in 2012. I have Multiple Sclerosis and teach Self Defense classes. May I suggest Seniors learn to use walking cane for Self Defense? Canemasters and the American Cane Self Defense System provide great canes and instructional materials online.

This is art that does not have a distinct form or shape. An example would be art that is made from broken glass and telephone wires. This isn't considered conventional art.

You can choose a Martial Arts school by researching schools online in your area. Read reviews for the schools and sit down with the instructor to talk about your goals.
Talk to a responsible adult, such as your parents, and explain the problem you are having. If your brother is actively training at a Martial Art studio, the instructor should be made aware of his behavior. If the instructor is a good teacher, he/she will have a talk with your brother that might help. If the instructor is not willing or able to teach properly, then your brother should be removed from that school, and enrolled in one with a more qualified teacher. If your brother is learning martial arts and he is threatening you, he is being taught in the wrong way. If taught in the right manner, martial arts will make you content and happy and you don't go around threatening people.

It is not possible to answer which "school is the best" as there are many different types of martial arts. It also depends on your definition of what classifies "the best." Is it who wins the most tournaments, who trains for the most reality, who has the highest weight loss ratio, etc. The best thing to do if you are looking for a school is check out at the very least 3 of them. Write down your specific goals of what YOU hope to accomplish at martial arts and ask the instructor HOW and WHY they can help you accomplish them. Try a FREE class or two (if they dont allow that - RUN FOR THE DOOR!) Bottom line is make an informed decision. Talk to others about it and find out what is best for you. There are so many different styles (Taekwondo, Karate, Kung Fu, etc.). Have fun!!
