Hold the belt in the middle, so that both ends are even.
Place the middle over your belly button.
Wrap the ends toward your back and 'switch' hands with the ends, pulling them to the front.
Take the end in your right hand and put it over the middle part and the end one in your left hand.
Go under both of the parts so that the part in your right hand comes up under them both and comes out on top.
Take the top end, put it on top of the bottom end and feed it through the hole the two of them make.
You should have a nice square knot when you are done.
