You should think carefully about the design, what means a lot to you, what you will still like in several years time, what suits you. You should then go to the best and most reputable artist near you, and work with them to adapt your idea to be more easily tattooed. If you need some help choosing what you want, you can cjheck out BME who have lots of galleries of already tattooes people.

DO NOT just copy someone elses tattoo though, especially if it looks really different and unique. If it looks different and unique, chances are it's custom work they spents moths or years on.
