As an instructor, I have found that, in general, girls are better students up to about the time that they hit puberty and then things even out. They have better attention spans and are more likely to follow directions. Boys are too motivated by the fun and games and being macho than listening to the instructor, so that girls tend to get promoted much faster.
Other Opinions- Well Martial Arts are systems of codified practices and traditions of training for combat. Men are bigger and stronger than women and thus better at combat. So men are better at martial arts.

That's going to have to be an opinion, but boys are usually stronger than girls.
Boys try to hit harder, but may be clumsy. Girls tend to understand the concept of putting their body weight and hip motion into their kicks and strikes at a much younger age. Girls may have better agility. In most of my youth classes the girls have better focus and actually hit and kick harder than the boys.
It depends on the girl or the boy you can't just judge that in general. Yes boys are stronger than girls but that doesn't mean they can fight better it just depends on the person some girls are better as are some boys.
