Earthquakes have nothing to do with air masses. The Earth's surface layer, or crust, is divided into a number of huge pieces, called plates. Each plate moves its own direction, and thus sometimes plates push together or rub alongside each other. When this happens, the rock can be put under great strain, and eventually that energy is released in massive vibrations, which we feel in the form of an earthquake.
Air masses get their characteristics from where they are made
Two types of air masses are cold and warm air masses. When they meet each other, a front forms.
Blizzards are related to motion because they are caused by the movement of cold air masses colliding with warm air masses. As these air masses interact and move, it creates strong winds and heavy snowfall, leading to blizzard conditions with low visibility and dangerous driving conditions. The motion of these air masses is essential for the formation and intensity of a blizzard.

There are two types of air masses: COLD AIR AND WARM AIR.Cold Air Masses-Cold air masses can cause thunderstorms and even tornadoes.Warm Air Masses-Warm air masses can bring many hours of steady rain and snow.
It separates hot air masses and cold air masses
Fronts are boundaries between different air masses with distinct temperature and humidity characteristics. When air masses of different properties meet at a front, they can cause changes in weather conditions, such as cloud formation, precipitation, and temperature variations. Fronts play a significant role in shaping weather patterns by driving the movement and interaction of air masses.

This is a true statement. See the related link for more information about the movement patterns of North America's major air masses.
