you must get a special vacuum pump and draw all the power steering out through the reservoir of the system and slowly take it out that way. real pain to do. good luck. or you can just disconnect the line at the rack/gear and let it drain out. but then you risk causing the hose to leak once you tighten it back up. simply because the rubber orings must be replaced once you loosen the connection.
