There are two. The FICM fuel injection control module is located on top of the drivers side valve cover and the PCM powertrain control module is located in the drivers side finder behind the battery.
The antenna is in the middle of the roll bar by the sound bar. It faces up and the wire will run down the roll bar and under the carpet to the dash and then to the radio. In 07 the antenna is in the middle of the dash and under the coin area. This doesn't seem to work as ell as the mount on the top of the center roll bar in the 06 models
turn the car to on position (just before actually turning it on) click the info button and cycle through until you see the oil life display. hold the clear/reset button until it resets.

You take it in to the dealership and have them do it for free. My 2005 Vibe's control module recently needed to be replaced and it was covered under warranty. It's an extended warranty on '04-'07 models of the Matrix/Vibe and the Carolla. It's good for 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first. Check it out.
