It is under the center console/arm rest. Remove 2 10mm bolts just below the shifter. 1 on each side. Slide front seats all the way up. Towards the back of console you will see 2 round pastic covers about an inch in diameter, remove these and you will see 10mm bolts inside. 2 on each side. remove them and lift up the console. You will see the module there. 3 10mm nuts hold it in place. Remove them and you got it. Remember to disconnect battery before unpluging the module. (you dont want to take a chance on blowing your bags) The whole procces took me about 5 mins. Good luck!!
