I bought a used 03 two years ago and shortly afterwards I started to hear a "bearing hum" coming from the rear at about 40 mph. Fortunately I had a warranty, because it turned out to be what was described to me as "the whole rear differential assembly", and that it was common among 03's, even though mine only had 22K on it. I've also had a problem with the sunroof control switch. I would come out in the morning and find that the sunroof was open in the back. Sometimes the sunroof would go "goofy" all by itself when I used the power windows, or put any kind of electrical draw on it. Again, warranty paid for the new switch, and I was on my way. My latest repair was a left tail light / brake light bulb. I did that myself....no big deal. So far that's been the only things to go awry. Good Luck!
