Motor Mount
I assume you are talking about the top front mount. Simply slide a floor jack with a 2x3 under the oil plan. CAREFULLY raise the engine about an inch. The mount (commonly called a dog-bone) will unbolt and the new one will take it's place. Adujusting the jack with help you get the new mount lined up.
