It really depends on how fast you need the motor, and what type it is. I would suggest going to your local ford house and asking for an estimate.

The F250 was available with the 5.4. If yours was a 5.4 it's a direct drop in. If not, then yes....it will fit but you may need to change motor/frame mount brackets, computer and wiring, etc.
