Just swim. I swim and I lose weight easily. Or you can do a sport that makes you swet a lot for example don't do tenis if you good at it because then you don't sweat much. If you bad at some thing then do it and if eany one wuns to show you how to the right way to do the sport say you not inreasted. If you get good at a sport do a new sport. One last tip: don't eat bread.
