im 14 and i run 200 meters too, the thing that helped me improve was running sets of 200's at practice. I ran a 200, took 5 minute break and ran another 200. You keep doing this for how many sets u want and it should improve your time plus if you have spikes when u run, that improves your time too. The thing to keep in mind is that when u are running those sets of 200's, you have to have a time goal, and by that i mean running a 200 in a certain amount of time, my coach had me run each 200 meter in less than 35 seconds, but in your case try running a 200 in 45 seconds and once you done that, reduce the number of seconds.
