Just ask her out. Ask her what her plans are that night, or when she is free, and if she would be interested in going ice skating with you and tell her it will be really fun and just be nice. If she says no, then she says no. Just try again later and sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't, and then you just have to keep trying, or move on.
